FAQs
What is the difference between a baby undershirt and a baby bodysuit?
A baby undershirt is a simple top that slips on like a regular shirt, while a baby bodysuit offers the same soft feel but includes bottom snaps that keep it securely in place. Many parents even use the word “bodysuit” when referring to an undershirt because both serve the same purpose as a comfortable base layer, but the key difference is how they fit during movement; undershirts can ride up, while bodysuits stay neatly tucked and make diaper changes easier. At Adee, our bodysuits are designed to give babies the smooth, gentle softness of an undershirt with the added practicality of a secure, stay-in-place fit.
Is there a difference between a baby onesie and a baby bodysuit?
A baby onesie and a baby bodysuit are the exact same thing; the word “onesie” is simply a trademarked term, while “bodysuit” is the general name everyone uses. Both refer to the same soft, one-piece outfit with bottom snaps that keeps the top from riding up and makes diaper changes easy. At Adee, we use the term “bodysuit,” but the design, comfort, and purpose are the same as what many parents call a onesie.
