Refund policy

We hope that you're happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied and would like to return it, we will gladly accept your item(s) for a refund provided a return request is submitted via our return portal within 4 business days of it being delivered to you. 

If it's past 4 days, you have up to 30 days for store credit.

The return shipping cost is free if you choose store credit. If you choose to get a refund, the return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded. 

when you are returning the item on the portal, be sure to write "store credit", or "refund" by notes.  If nothing is written by note, you will receive a refund minus the shipping cost.

1. Log in to your account:
2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7. Select a return reason
8. By note, write either "store credit" or "refund" (store credit will be free return shipping, refund will deduct the shipping cost from your return).
9. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
