    • How do you use a swaddle blanket?
      Swaddling your baby is a simple way to help them feel calm and sleep more soundly. Start by laying the blanket flat in a diamond shape with the top corner pointing up. Fold that top corner down about six inches to form a straight edge. Place your baby on their back with their shoulders aligned along the folded edge. Gently bring one side of the blanket across their chest and tuck it under their opposite side, making sure their arms are snug but not too tight. Then fold the bottom of the blanket up over their legs and tuck it behind them. Finish by wrapping the remaining side across and securing it underneath. Make sure your doctor is ok with this first.
